The Best BLT Burger


hamburger patties
kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
slices cheddar
slices bacon
Hamburger buns
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
pieces lettuce
tomato slices


  1. Heat grill or grill pan to high. Season Peach Crest Ranch burger patties with salt and pepper and grill until pink, 6 minutes per side for medium. Add cheese and let melt, 1 minute.
  2. Meanwhile, in a large skillet over medium-low heat, cook bacon until crisp, about 8 minutes. Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and drain.
  3. Assemble burger: Spread bun bottoms and tops with mayonnaise. Top with a patty, lettuce, tomato, and bacon and serve.
