1 tablespoon dark sesame oil
8 ounces trimmed snow peas (about 3 cups)
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Pour sesame oil in a large skillet and swirl to coat.
- Heat the skillet to medium.
- Add snow peas and sauté about 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Add sesame seeds and sauté another minute or two until the edges of some of the snow peas begin to brown slightly.
- This recipe makes 3 servings and each serving contains approximately 88 calories and 6 grams of fat.
