Pork & Apple Mustard Topper


24 TRISCUIT Cracked Pepper & Olive Oil Crackers 

3 oz. smoked gouda cheese, cut into 24 slices 

2 Tbsp. chunky applesauce 

1 tsp. Dijon mustard 

6 oz. cooked pork tenderloin, cut into 24 slices

2 tsp. chopped fresh parsley 


Heat oven to 350 F

Place crackers in single layer on baking sheet; top with cheese.  Bake 3 minutes or until cheese is melted

Meanwhile, mix applesauce and mustard until blended.

Top crackers with meat and applesauce mixture; sprinkle with parsley
